Fraud transaction no [protected] amount 50796.50 to FCAP TECHNOLOGIES DATE 18/09/2023 by unknown caller [protected] & [protected] asking OTP for increase limit of credit card last for no 2001 amazon pay. i registered complaint about this on ICICI credit card helpline no [protected] & generate SR no SR33269553 on date 21/09/2023 . interim case back given & taken on date 07/10/2023. they said transaction is not eligible for refund as it was authenticate at second level with OTP.
