Dear sir/mam I am regular user and made regular payment of icici credit card. (For that you check my previous year details) but recently last months (Janaury) i am not received your statement and due to that there is some late payment. I am regular user and made regular payment of icici credit card. (For that you check my previous year details) but recently last months (June 2020, July 2020 and Sept 2020). i was not able to view the statement online and due to due to Covid-19 pandemic I made the payment 2-3 days late. For that you were charge late payment fees, inteerest charge, etc. (Please check statements)
Hence it is humble request to waive (Cancel) my late payment fees, interest charges of June 2020, July 2020 and Sept 2020.
