ICICI Bank — Icici Bank Deduction of SMAB charges from SALARY account

Hi, I am holding a salary account of ICICI, New Bel Road Bangalore branch . I am using this account since 4 years. Amount of RS 660.13 have been deducted from my account with out any infomation. As my account is a zero balance account, how can you deduce minimum balance charges? SMAB chgs JAN17+Stax 86.10 Account Holder Srujana Kottapalli Account Number :[protected] Branch : New Bel road
