ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank Demat Account not closed after request submitted in branch and from email this | |
I am Chethan Das A J. Amount has been deducted from my account as[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-20) DP charges on I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I need justice and my money back immediately. My Account Number is[protected]. I have raised the complaint one year back and asked to close my demat account and submitted my request to the branch. There is no update on that still this worst ICICI bank is charging the customer. There is no response to the mail. I have sent 5 mail regarding, to check on the demat charge. Please call me on +[protected] or WhatsApp on [protected]. I know ICICI bank will not call. Three months I raised customer complaints asking for IT certificate for a loan account since there was no response from customer care. Whenever I call to customer care they will decline call after few min wait. Please take this serious action on ICICI bank nowadays bank service is very worst and trying to take customer money. I will close my saving account in ICICI bank. I don't want to keep any relationship with ICICI bank. There are similar several issues from so many customers telling without information Demat account is opened just to take the amount from the customer. If you want an amount to tell the customer and charge directly don't do this type of drama to take the amount from the customer. I have sent 5 to 10 mail([protected]@icicidirect.com ) to close the account even no response for single mail. I'm not sure what your officers are doing. Really I'm afraid of keeping the amount in ICICI bank. I have told properly that the Demat account is opened without confirming with me. Still, the amount is deducted from my account today. What a --- service you are providing. I thinking of closing my savings account. Simply amount is deducted I have not used even a single-day that Demat account still I have to pay Charge. These really a strange paying for not used. If you want the amount to ask all customers to transfer. They will help don't do this of tricks to loot the amount. Tell me when my deducted amount will be credited to my account back. I want a reply to these here only not in call or mail.
