[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici bank doing fraud with their customers

I had recently applied for a credit card of icici bank. The icici bank executive said that it is free of any annual charges for first year. However the very first month i got the credit card i was asked to pay rs 590. I tried calling their customer care but they said please enter the 16 digit credit card number, but the credit card which i have has only 15 digits. there is another 16 digit number given in very small digits in front. When i entered both the numbers separately, they say please enter a valid credit card number. Now the payment is overdue by a few days. Now another rs 590 has been added to it, the transaction which i have not done.
