ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank DP Charge | |||
I have a Demat account in ICICI bank. Today I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction ‘60258438 DP CHGS TILL OCT-16’. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount either i will need to do some serious action against ICICI fraud. My phone number is [protected]. I swap card at radharaman collection on 05 dec 2016 it is failed transaction but my account debited eith 4000 rs till date it is not refunded till date they told that in 7 to 8 days it will be credited not credited till date ...
