[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Icici bank dp charges fraud | |||||
My ICICI savings account was opened as a salary account and the representative tagged along the demat account papers as well telling me that the demat account is completely free of any charges. When I checked my bank statement, I found that there is one debit transaction '61205155 DP CHGS TILL FEB-16'---- INR 497.77'. I was not made aware of any kind of "DP Charges" at the time of signing up. I did not even get any mobile message alert for the deduction of 'DP Charges'. My ICICI account number is[protected]. Immediately after posting this complaint, I got calls from many fraudsters who said that they called from ICICI Bank and would get me a refund and upgrade my account as well! They wanted to know my card number, expiry date and CVV number. What fools! Beware!
