[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank - DP Charges Fraud | |||
I have a salary account in ICICI bank for an years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '57110544 DP CHGS TILL AUG-14'---- INR 674.16'. When I created the account, No one told me about any DP charges or any other hidden charges, ICICI representative told that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable!! Please refund my amount as soon as possible else i will send a mail to senior authority of ICICI bank regarding my issue .
