ICICI Bank — icici bank eazypay - transaction failed and balance deducted

I paid the chennai corp water/sewage tax through icici internet banking. The transaction amount is rs. 3734. The amount has been debited but the transaction failed.

I verified my transaction in eazypaywebsite by viewing my transaction history, i could see that the transaction is failed. Pfa the screen shot of the same.

But icici is constantly saying that the transaction was successful from their side. When verified cmwssb (Biller), there is no any proof of amount received. So it's clear that the transaction has been failed from eazypay. But i haven't received any notification that the transaction is failed. And the bank is saying that the transaction is successful and asking me to check with merchant which is again an icici product eazypay. I kindly request to take this issue and help getting my failed transaction amount rs.3734 credited back to my account.
