I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs1809/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 5th August 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

    Made a stock sell worth 2800 from icicidirect account which is linked to my bank account, had the amount deposited to bank account, but immediately i see two unexplained debits:
    05/08/2020 - eba/nse n 2020148/[protected] 1232 - dr. 1391.03
    05/08/2020 - eba/nse n 2020148/[protected] 1232 - dr. 1478.05

    Not sure about the reason for this debit. Is this the brockerage?? Which is greater than the net value traded... Please explain.

      I don't know why my balance got deducted by ICICI bank. This is really disgusting. They (ICICI Bank) deducted 590/- five times (590*5=2950).


      There is showing the transaction remarks in my bank statement as below: --
      (NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ADBLDESK~15JUN20~8988b4 ).

          Hello,

          I am very upset with icici bank negligence happening throughout 28/7/2020 till 1/08/2020. On very first day my transcations has been stopped after 95000 money transfer. But why there should not be any limit or window when from customers account amount withdrawal happening more than 2lakhs on same day almost 4.72lakhs online transcation happened and there is no failure or blockage or any call from icicibank for enquiry.
          Is this the way you follow ur security for public privilege accounts.
          Already i filed fir and now i have to do complaint against bank as there is no restrictions and rules.

          I lost total 6.85lakhs rs. Out of it within a day 4.72lakhs transcation has been done.

          If you are really concern about customer u should stop all paytm transcation and other transcation if possible within 3 days

            On 29th july there is deduction of 590 inr on my icici saving bank account.

            It is against nach_ad_rtn-chrg~cams charge

              Without my consent, rs. 100 has been deducted from my account on 31
              03/08/2020to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected].
              I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
              This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected] is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

              Good evening,

              I am Raviprakash C. Shukla, have a joint home loan account with ICICI Bank account number LBMUM[protected], as I had already applied for my home loan moratorium request for August 2020, I had made application on 3rd August but on 4th I received message stating that I should keep sufficient balance as there will be deduction of my Home loans emi on 5th August (which is the date of my EMI), even I made escalation on online on 5th as I had received message from bank for August 2020 EMI Payment.

              Today on 6thAugust I received a message from ICICI Bank my August EMI cheque returned back due to insufficient funds in my account.

              As I had already applied for moratorium for August 2020, so request you kindly look in to the matter and request you resolve.

                        My ATM card stucked in atm today and I tried many times but nothing happened and card got stucked I was present in the atm by 3:25 trying to call customer care but no-one responded hence walked few mins away from atm and by3:33PM within this short time I got msg of cash withdrawal of 3000rs on my mob saying: account debited with INR3000 INFO: NFS*DCB18303*.
                        Although I didn't did the transaction neither know how this happened because my card is still stucked in the atm machine, neither of bank executive helped me either .

                                  Sir i have money multiplier bond -0399mmb-two dated 28/04/1999, having bond holder number 53533743 and certificate number d/[protected] in the name of ravindra kumar. At the time of purchase issue price per bond rs. 4700.00 and the value per bond was rs. 50000.00 on the redemption date 28/04/2017. I have tried to take cashback from your icici bank situated in shahjahanpur but the bank officers are not in position respond since a long. Therefore, i request to inform me regarding the procedure of redemption of the same.

                                    Today morning i received a message that there was a transaction of rps 1013.94 from my account to vsi amazon prime. I have neither subscribed or purchased anything on amazon. I am also not a prime member of amazon. I did not even receive any otp for this transaction.

                                    Please assist me with this issue.

                                      I forgot my employee id as it is required to download salary slip.
                                      I joined icici bank on 21st august 2019 and resigned on 27th dec 2019.

                                      There have been multiple deduction of 590 or so depending on the money in my account. Multiple times my account has been emptied by the bank without stating any reason, email or so. Total deduction has come to be 4700, i was and still not am aware about these deductions.
