Sir,

At around 9:56 pm on the 8th of October 2023, when I proceed to the payment page from my School's (D.A.V School Siliguri) Website, after entering all required credentials and proceeding with the UPI PAYMENT MODE through GOOGLE PAY which is linked to my SBI BANK ACCOUNT and proceeding with a transaction amount of 14100/-, after a duration of 5 minutes, the website shows me an error message in which it is written the following message:

"We regret the inconvenience caused. The page you have requested is not available at this time. Please try after some time..

ICICI Bank offers you three options to search for the biller on the eazypay portal. Search by Mobile Number, Search by biller, Advanced Search.
Please visit: http://eazypay.co or https://eazypay.icicibank.com

For security reasons, we have disabled double clicks and Back, Forward and Refresh tabs of the browser. Also, the session will expire automatically, if the browser window is idle for a long time.
Session will be expired incase of parallel transactions in a single browser."

I would request you to please process a refund of the amount to the original UPI ID for the balance
that was so incorrectly deducted from my account. I would be grateful if this issue could be resolved without further delay. I am posting a few snapshots of the transaction for your ready reference.
