Today I have chcked my transcation from online banking and I saw that they have deducted 1899INR for some renewal of policy.
I got email they have mentioned
"your (New Policy)New Policy of CPP/OneAssist for (Privilege Single-Rs.2799)WA Privilege Single Rs. 1899 has been regd vide SR[protected] on 24-SEP-19. It will be completed within 1 working days."
I have not received any prior notification for that policy, I have not applied for that policy, how come they have deducted my balance, please help me.
I called customer care number and he said he can not help me and passed me CPP helpline number, when I called CPP helpline number they said they don't have information about this.
Customer care service is so bad, I have not applied for this policy for what they have charged me for.
Kindly help ASAP.
I emailed them as well in `customer.[protected]@icicibank.com` not sure if they will help me or not as experience was bad.
