Hi,

I am icici account holder, Spetember'29th 2021 my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Aug21+GST" charges.

I didn't receive any message or alert from you when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction....

Let me know why you charging this amount from my account. What this is charge for?

I have done multiple complaints even though no one get back to us.

Kindly refund my money otherwise i will file a compliant in consumer forum....

As the transaction was done through credit card, I did't receive any OTP to confirm the transaction. The amount of Rs 15120 was deducted by a website from my credit card without me recieving any confirmation OTP. It is huge amount and I didn't confirm to this transaction....

Hi,

I am using a multi-wallet card and it will expire on 11/21. I would like to renew the card but can't find any option to request for a new card on self care portal. And permanent address registered is my office address, would like to update address as well of possible so card can be delivered to home address.

Hi,
My multi wallet card is valid till 04/24 but it is it is showing as Invalid Card status while trying to login to CMS Self Care Portal.
It has balance of more than 2500rs. It is not a chip card.
I requested a chip card by mentioning details to 5676766, but not received the card yet.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible and activate my card.

I've applied for Amazon pay ICICI credit card and successfully completed video KYC and further more it asked me to upload my income proofs as in my case it is payslip, 3months bank statement as I'm salaried employee which I did on June 2021 and from then onwards it just says my application was on hold and re-upload the income documents and I did it not twice or thrice but around 15times and I've even contacted the customer support via e-mail...

I have been trying to reach out to my nearest Icici branch for redemption of my deep discount bonds issued 1996. But nobody in the branch seems to know how to redeem them and they're just replying with "we've sent the email to the concerned team". It's been days since they're unable to guide me with the further process for redemption of the bonds and I feel like stuck as I'm also not being provided contact details of the relevant teams working...

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs1123.29/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 5th Sep, 2021 and in Mini statement, it is showing...

Hi ICICI,

To my utter astonishment, My account has been debited twice with INR 624.03/- and INR 201.97 on 30th August 2021 and 26th August 2021 respectively. However I don't have any demat/trading account with ICIC bank nor ever requested for. Thus this issue to be raised with respective authorities and arrange for refund as soon as possible.

I am able to login to my Internet Banking, but when I try to do any transaction using Internet Banking, it says that "Transaction is disabled for this user". I have called the customer care multiple times. I have also emailed Icici Customer care, but no one is able to resolve this issue.

I was able to login to the CMS Portal this morning. But when I tried logging back again now, it shows an error invalid card status. I also had installed the pockets app but now I'm not able to see my prepaid card added there.
Kindly let me know how to go about this and what I should do to overcome this invalid card status error....

Hi,

I have transferred 100, 000 /- from my ICICI to SBI account. The amount has been credited from my ICICI account but not been debited to SBI. In return I have got a message like this.

"Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs 100, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 01-Sep-21. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank."

Address: ICICI Bank Ltd. - New Delhi - Ajmal Shah Road Branch 16/6 WEA, Karol Bagh New Delhi.

I am having A/c of ICICI Bank from last many years, today I checked the transaction detail in icici bank app and I noticed that they have deduct Rupees 706.82 dated 30th Aug, 2021 under (DCARDFEE) category.
I am not aware what type of charges are these and they never informed me regarding these charges either by Email or by Letter. Who has given right to ICICI bank to deduct the money without my concent or informing me. This is wrong...

In my bank statement it shows rs.8000,
But i am not able to withdraw my money from atm or transfer online.

It shows available balance as -16000

I was planning to transfer the amount, and during that time it showed insufficient balance. And i check the site it shows
Available balance 8000
Total available balance -16000

Also when I try to login from NetBanking it shows available...

I registered for fastag on 6th August through icici fastag website. It was said that I would receive the tag within 7 days but it has not been dispatched yet. I thas not even been allotted yet because the fastag website does not show any serial number. I tried calling the helpdesk number 3 times in past 2 weeks and they alwasys say that it will be delivered in 2-3 days. When will I receive it?...
