Incident is on 06th May 2022
I have called customer care no regarding with my credit card which I am not getting any update related to its outstanding amount. then the customer care person cleared that you have to pay an amount of 8522 to close outstanding,
1.why I am not getting any intimation about the delay in credit card payment
and the outstanding.
2.why it is getting 20-30 minutes to connect a call if a problem is very
critical.
Then he updated that you have to pay amount before 16th of may (you can check the call history)
then the main issue is, next day morning itself my savings account got freeze and i am unable to pay at any gate way (there is no any intimation received regards the freeze)
same day i have reached the Nearest ICICI bank Gomthinager and enquired then i have paid the outstanding amount through cred.
then i have called the customer care again for enable my account but the executive say that credit card department not responsible for the freezing of accounts and they will redirect it to collection department. after 20 min waiting the call disconnected without satisfying me. and once again I have called but same result.
then the next day on 06th May 2022 2 times 590 Rs debited from my account with out any confirmation message.
this complaint is not about the money. Its about the customer dealing and the final satisfaction of the customer. Kindly give proper valid reason for each customer related to complaints and debiting amount from their account.
