Within one month of time icici bank has charged Rs3961 as NACH_AD_RTN charges or you may say bounce charges. for a single loan they have bounced auto debit cheques several times to charge more. I have taken a bajaj finsrv product on emi amounting Rs 3500 per month and the linked account was ICICI and due to lock down i failed to maintain sufficient balance for two months only and but the month of March till now ICICI is deducting a large amount without my knowledge nor they have informed before deducting.
In some cases i have maintained a minimum balance for the emi to deduct but before the deduction took place icici had already charged and after debit no sms or mail intimation given and i was not aware of insufficient fund my auto debit bounced and the same scenario started repeating .
So its my kind request to look into the matter as i am already frustrated and also effecting my financial balance.

total amount deducted is 15000rs in last 8month

      GRID on my Debit Card was disabled

      The GRID Behind my Debit card was disabled when I tried to fund my Zerodha Account. I tried calling the customer service Toll free number from registerd Mobile. But this service tells me my card is active and can use. However when I try to use it it gives me the same error. "The grid on your card is disabled please call 24 hour Customer service to enable it" . I wrote to customer service about my problem they simply sent a message to call...

      I am therese. 824.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till april-27) on 27/04/2022. I have never used my demat account till now.

      They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

      When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.         I transferred Rs 148000 through IMPS on 02nd May from ICICI A/C to State bank A/C.

        The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

        But I got a message that said

        "Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs 148, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 02-May-2022. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank"

          Hi my account has been debit frozen from 2 months. I have visited the branch and they dont have a satisfactory answer, they said talk to the coustomer care number but they are unable to provide me reasons of my freeze. I need my account and my money back.

            Hi D S Kumar here. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-22) on 28-apr-2022. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

            Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

            Mentioned the transaction remark - dmc/[protected] dp chgs till mar-22

            We people are here because of trust towards icici. But this is totally an unacceptable behavior from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

            Kindly refund my money at earliest.

              Hi,
              I have opened joint account on 18-Apr-2022. My account number is[protected]Indu sharma/ Mandeep Singh). Mr. Manpreet told me that it's take only 4 days to open an account in bank. We again visited kharar branch (Home branch), then he again said your account opening was under process. We said "how do customer know what is the status of his account" then he said it is icici bank procedure, you have to wait for another 5 days to receive ATM and cheque book. We did not get any notification from bank regarding my account opening. We again visited bank after 4days to get update regarding our account and made a phone call to Ms. Sonam but she did not pick our call. After 10 days we received call for asking my authentication code of call. Yesterday(02-May-2022) we have received ATM and Cheque book. Mr. Manpreet gave us Ms. Sonam contact number for account related queries. We made a call to Ms. Sonam for activating our ATM/mobile banking then she said i m busy and call you at 3 PM. We again called at 3 PM then she very rudely said that i am going for lunch now. we said you gave us time to resolve our query. But she did not listen to us and started arguing. We said, we are also busy in our work. then she said that visit branch to resolve your query. Then we talked to Branch Manger (Mr. Ajay Gautam) and explained everything. He said leave her and i will resolve your query. But we said if your employee treat customer this way then we did not want any account open with Icici bank. Thereafter, Mr. Manpreet and Mr. Ajay called us again and again to resolve our query but our main concern is regarding customer dealing as we think that ICICI customer service is very good that's why we want to open bank account in this bank but if you have such kind of staff then no one is going to take any kind of service from ICICI bank. Ms. Sonam attitude is very rude and unacceptable from customer point of view. Please let me know if ICICI bank take any action against her. If you take no action then i will close my account and Publish whole story on social media.

                    Money was deducted of Rs 12725 from my account on account of EBA charges even though no transaction was taken place from one side. Some shares have been bought from my account and this has happened once before. I have changed my password also. I also contacted customer care before but no action was taken. I want to get this resolved as soon as possible otherwise I will have to take this matter to police.

                      This is in regards with fraud transaction from my icici credit card 4375 **** **** 7004 of Rs 6199 on 10 may 2021 .
                      By complaining about it i got the temporary refund back.
                      But after 3 months bank started
                      to send me payment reminder to pay amount for the transaction which i havent done.
                      I have reported to cyber crime as well I am no way paying for it.
                      Without OTP amount has been deducted from my card I complaint my case to microsoft on 30th aug 2021 with case id Case [protected] to which they agreed that it is a fraud and will process the refund if your bank will file a dispute again.
                      Now bank has applied dispute once but microsoft declined it that time because they didnt know i didnt made that transaction.
                      On my complaint they checked my account and agreed it was fraud so bank has to file a dispute AGAIN.

                      But bank is showing me previous reply of microsoft before 30th aug that merchant declined my complain .
                      No one is trying to understand that i have not done the transaction bank has to file dispute again.
                      Now microsoft says refund period has passed so they can not process refund but they agree it was scam and bank says visa refund policy is of 60 days so they cant do anything.
                      My question is when i declined the transaction on IVR machine why did they allow to pass through And i never got otp for this.
                      Why should i pay for this now amount is above 20000 with all late fees and all.
                      If bank would have guide me in beginning to call microsoft office or shared the name of merchant i would have got refund by now.

                      They did not share the name of merchant untill 60 days.
                      How would i know where and who has used my card. My card was used my microsoft account was used and subscription is still active on my account.
                      Microsoft didnt cancel it as it is against their cancellation policy.
                      Ps : i don't even have laptop to use MS office.

                        Cashback not received even after 90 days

                        I purchased a Macbook Pro on 07-Jan-2022 using my ICICI Debit card on which 10, 000 cashback offer was available in 90 days.

                        I have not received any cashback in my ICICI bank account. Request you to please take a look in this matter.

                        I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for nearly 2 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is frequent debit transaction 'IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAR-22'&' IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAR-22'---- INR 149.39 & 676.61'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

                                  Am an icici bank customer. Yesterday[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 6332.68 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                                     Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked to same bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
                                    I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~ without any intimation.
