[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — icici bank - ecsrtnchgs charges

Hi, when checked my icici bank statement i could see multiple times they have debited amount from my account with - ecsrtnchgs charges. This has not being intimated to me regarding these charges yet.

This is not an ethical act from a reputed bank like icici.. Now i am scared, i had to check my account every day for such to see whether my money is safe there or not. Most scary part there is no messages sent to mobile for such transactions.

Please get this clarified. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for clarifying the details. Issue has been resolved.

It is because of some failed automated transaction which I have enabled and I have forgot to keep the balance for those transaction which made these charges.

Got a mail from the ICICI customer care regarding the deductions where made based on not keeping the minimal balance on my account. I dont have any clue when did my salary account being changed to a savings account. For the past three years my company is crediting salary to this account every last working day of the month. Please check this with your team when this happened.

I believe ICICI is providing zero balance account as the salary account.

I have replied to the mail from the ICICI customer care with the above details. What should I expect. Kindly help me on this.
