I have seeded ICICI bank account KYC in EPFO on October 21st 2022 and there is no update till today (November 12th 2022). Its been more than 20days and I also contacted customer care and it seems they do not know anything about this and they said it will be auto approved and no can approve it manually from their side.
This is such simple thing, where ICICI bank is unable do it right way. I feel very disappointed with staying with ICICI bank due to this.
I hope they will improve their process on this, and there many complaints on this for ICICI bank and but still they are same. Was this information helpful? |
