[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Icici bank fraudulent transaction icici cc for airtel bill pay

Dear sir,
On 17.06.2017 i had received a call from [protected]/[protected] @5.00 pm to my mobile no. [protected], where she said we are calling from bank online reward points department and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. I gave the card number and she asked me to input the cvv & otp and connected me on ivr when i checked the sms completely till the transaction done. After she told me within 2 days the reward points will credit in your card. Immediately the sum of 20, 000/- was debited from my cc. I checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. I tried to contact that person but the mobile no. Comes switched off.

Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

Updated by GundaVenu Again we are getting this fraud calls from +91-[protected], And they said that they are calling from Consumer Complaints. For this they need 10 RS/- .
Please let me know Why you are sharing my entire details to other third party. Kindly request you to cancel the transaction and refund my amount 20, 000/- to my credit card account

I am very unsatisfied by the bank due to sharing my information to Third parties Because of this I have faced huge loss of amount. Please revert on Urgent basis
