[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — icici bank got debited but funds not credited to pnb

I made an imps transfer from my icici bank account to pnb bank account. Amount got debited immediately however, same was not credited to the destination bank.
I made a call to icici customer care and they asked me to wait for 2 business days. They denied to cancel the transaction and raise a dispute as well.

Imps is an instant money transfer option and the reversal shouldn't take 2 business days.

My issue is still open and i don't know what to do. Icici claims that transaction shows "successful" at their however, amount is not getting reflected to pnb account.

It's now really frustrating for me to wait for 2 business days and if nothing happens call icici again to raise a dispute which will take another 7 business days.
