In my account every month auto debited Rs. 100/- since 13th July 2018,
Kindly clarify the details.

Below items was transaction details for reference:

Kindly help and resolve the issue,

I don't have any details regarding this one, so I visited the ICICI branch.
He said contact the ICICI BANK customer care & ecs not attached in this account, then account opened time they have merged & its not possible to cancel the auto debit like that said.
