ICICI BANK IGNORING COURT ORDER FOR 26+ MONTHS
I am a cyber fraud victim who lost Rs 17.8 lakhs in June 2023. After filing FIR No. 0781/2023 at Whitefield CEN Crime PS Bangalore, I obtained a court order on 12th October 2023 from 45th ACMM Court, Bangalore (Cr.No.781/2023).
COURT ORDER CLEARLY DIRECTS:
ICICI Bank to defreeze and transfer Rs 6, 55, 298 from four fraudulent accounts to my HDFC Bank Account No. [protected].
ACCOUNTS MENTIONED IN COURT ORDER:

2.[protected]IFSC: ICIC[protected] Rs 50, 000
3.[protected]IFSC: ICIC[protected] Rs 95, 298

NON-COMPLIANCE:
Despite this clear court order dated 12.10.2023, ICICI Bank has FAILED to comply for over 26 months (2+ years).
ACTIONS TAKEN:

✅ Multiple emails sent to ICICI Bank
✅ Customer care numbers don't work[protected] not reachable,[protected] doesn't exist)
✅ Preparing contempt of court petition
✅ Consumer forum complaint being filed

RELIEF SOUGHT:
1. Immediate transfer of Rs 6, 55, 298 to my account
2. Interest @ 9% p.a. from 12.10.2023 (Rs 1, 27, 000)
3. Compensation of Rs 7, 00, 000 for mental harassment
4. Explanation for 2+ years of non-compliance
This is willful contempt of court and harassment of a common citizen. I request ICICI Bank to comply immediately or face contempt proceedings.
