ICICI Bank — icici bank imps fund transfer amount deducted but not credited to beneficiary account neither refunded back to my account

I transferred rs.10, 000.00 to beneficiary account at sbi using imobile app, amount get debited but it follows with error timed out at beneficiary bank. I checked with beneficiary bank account but mount was not credited and neither refunded back to my account.

Transaction details are as follow :

Dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.10, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 07-jun-2018 13:01:43. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days.
