I am very disappointed with the credit card fraud transaction. When i saw message for the credit card use i was not sure who did the transaction. I did not get any message that the amount got debited. Still i turned off online transactions from the application. Post that I got a message that transaction got declined for specific amount. When I saw in the unbilled statement that the transaction has happened and it has been charged to me i informed bank + blocked my card + raised fraud complaint+ submitted customer dispute form.
This is the only thing which i can do.
This is bank responsibility to take care of all bank related things. When fraud was done i informed bank and raised complaint.
I am responsible for the payment i have done and i am liable to pay only amount i have used.
I have informed bank for the fraud transaction done and did all the what was told to me. I will not pay the fraud transaction amount.
When we transact we get a message and in that message it is written that if you have not done this transaction pls inform bank and block your card. I did and now bank is incapable in finding the fraud.
I am not at all responsible if bank is incapable in finding who used card and on which location card was used.
I doubt bank credibility also in this case now any one can use ur account and at the end bank is going to sit blank...
