[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank kyc verification pending for nps account | |
I have applied for eNPS on 23rd of July, 2020 and selected ICICI Bank for bank verification, as I am a satisfied customer of ICICI Bank for past 17 years. But the status is """Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank""". I went to ICICI Bank, but they are not sure about the verification process. I had raised ticket with CRA, but clearly mentioned that ICICI Bank has to approve/reject it. I had tried to reach customer care, but not able to reach him (probably due to Covid 19 effect). I had raised complint to ICICI Bank customer care, but they did not understand the question at all. They thought this is an application for Credit Card. My final option was to raise complaint here, hope ICICI Bank will take care of this this time. Was this information helpful? | |

Hi Soumen, could you tell me how did you resolve it? I'm facing the same issue. I've done esign as well but still kyc verification is pending from bank. Kindly ping at 8639500973
