Hello icici bank support,
Myself ramesh singh shekhawat, i am a personal banking customer of icici bank since 12-13 years. When i analyze my saving account statement i found that the bank has been charged me a total of inr 1637.68/- as mab charges. This is very disappointing me. And the best part is i have never been notified about the monthly deductions via sms or e-mail or call, so i never get to know the charges, the charges were different each month ranging from 278.48/- to 532.77/- and totalling to 1637.68/-
As discussed with my friends about these charges, they told me that their bank reverses them... With the hope of reversal, i went to my branch, the executive was very rude to me, he was like don't you understand that you have to maintain minimum balance of 10, 000. I told to him sometimes it is not possible to maintain and i do have regular deposits and withdrawal.. He was not ready to listen to me. I even told him to that other banks do reverse the charges, he tells lets other banks do, icici do not reverse.. I lost all the hopes and completely disappoint with the customer support. Lastly, i told the sir that i want to close the account without even a second thought, he told me to fill the closure form and close the account... This kind of services you giving your customers? Is everything about profitability? Worst banking service i ever saw in my life...
As a last try, i called up icici customer care, about this complaint regarding mab charges, the executive told me that you can go to branch and they will reverse it for you, i asked her two times, will they surely reverse, she gives me a hoply reply yes..
Now i dont have time to fight with the branch again, and i think that i need to close my saving account from icici bank and also tell to other friends as well to do this.
