[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — icici bank-minimum balance charge deducted from my account multiple times without any information.

Dear sir,
I'm kartic holding icici savings account. A/c#[protected] in feroz gandhi market in ludhiana.
Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis. Also, my balance was enough to fulfill the minimum deposit amount. I also try to call customer care number but unfortunately it is not reachable.
Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying rbi standards / guidelines.

Why the hell they are deducting sms charges from me. I've never received any text message from their side about any of these transactions. I want all my money back.
