[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici bank nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin, money from my account is getting deducting for no reason.

Hello,

In my icici account they have deducted 413.00 rs. Twice with the following remark

On 28/08/2019: rs. 413.00
Nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin~02jul19~d
7bc3da~403salgs

On 14/10/2019: rs. 413.00
Nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin~02sep19~0
518c34~403sal33

I have no idea why this deduction has been made.
Would like to get refunded into my account.

I'm a current account holder at icici, my customer paid me Rs. 99, 999 two times, total amount Rs. 199998 /- online through payment gateway link I sent him, its 15 days now I haven't got the payment. Bank has unnecessarily hold my 2 lakhs rupees.
