From last couple of weeks I am observing that my amount was deducted under this following statements. I am not aware of why am getting all charges from my account? I have asked about bajaj finserve and told me that they are authorized to deduct only EMI loan amount, not any other charges. So, I move to call customer care number ICICI bank. The IVR wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up. Also I have dropped mail to "[protected]@icicibank.com" but no response. I am really fed-up of this deduction. I really don't have an idea from which source this amount is getting deducted. Please find my deductions for reference. 1. NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf~02FEB21~574e018~A3796 24/03/2021 590RS 2. NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf~03FEB21~45a846a~A3796 24/03/2021 590RS 3. NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf~09FEB21~1cdb6fc~A3796 29/03/2021 590RS I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf". I belong from seoshala and having the same issue I don't know its a valid deduction or if they deduct is deliberately
