Hi Team,
I placed an order online with my ICICI Credit card for Provogue on 30th Oct'14 however my order was never confirmed. Mailed the provogue Customer Care more than 2times, haven't received any acknowledgement or response from them.
As per Citrus (3rd party for Provogue) the transaction is clear from their end. Pls. find below the confirmation from Citrus.
"We wish to inform you that, the referred transaction CTX[protected] is successful from our end.
With regards to any query regarding order status, Deliveries & refunds please contact merchant"
As per ICICI customer care the transaction on id - 160104 had been sucessful.
