[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank not returning original proprty documents | |||
Ref: ICICI Home loan account # 2095288; Loan # LBDEL[protected]. In August 2014, I paid off my ICICI loan (taken in[protected] and now when I am asking for the original papers, the bank officials are saying that they never took it from me and cant find it. The bank is asking me to furnish an acknowledgement letter of bank having received the papers. This is absolutely unfair. A bank keeps the original papers as security when issuing a loan.
