[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Icici bank on line transaction failed amount debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary account

I tried to make a transaction online through my personal internet banking, but the transaction was not successful and even then my account was debited with the amount.

Transaction details

My account number :[protected]
Transaction remark : mmt/ref[protected]/[protected]
Transaction amount : 39, 000 rs
Trnasaction date : 22/08/2016
Transaction mode : imps

Please do the needful at the earliest to get back the debited amount on the transaction.

I contacted customer care by email as i was residing outside india but am very disappointed in their service as i didn't get any response till the date.
