Dear Sir/Madam,
As per the above topic, i was talked with ICICI bank customer care services at 22 Feb 2024, near about 3.00 pm. The call was discussion about extra charges on closed loan account, but that persons hadn't any knowledge only they attained the call. Customer care no. 18001080
It is just transferring the call from one to another. And no one knows about the problem I mentioned. I have spoken to at least 7-8 people. Because they are only interested in fooling the customer. In this way, the service of the bank is running. Even after talking to so many people, they still haven't given me any information. I say there are so many people to fool people. Such services should be stopped. They hadn't any answer that's why they are doing complete time waste of customer. please carefully listen the attachment audio.
