I have observed unauthorized charges on my ICICI savings account for the policy mentioned in the subject of my complaint. I want to emphasize that I did not make any request or provide authorization for this policy. There have been seven transactions made from March 2017 to March 2023. I find it unjust for such practices to occur, where my account is debited without my consent. Therefore, I kindly request an immediate refund of the deducted amount back into my account. For your reference, I have attached a screenshot of my recent transaction as well as all transition detail in separated sheet. I would greatly appreciate it if you could ensure that the credited amount is returned as soon as possible.
