[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — icici bank repeated ecs charges after complaining multiple times

This is the 4th time i am raising the complaint for the same issue of ecs charges where, as i received my money in transaction for some important work the bank doesn't even text message me and on top of that the bank takes my money for ecs charges for month of may and gst charges for the months september, october and november where i had already closed the ecs from icici undri branch, this bank is a liar and a thief as i was promised previously by an adviser that i won't be charged again for ecs then what is this? I want my whole rs. 590 revised to my account.
