- Dec 30, 2025: Bank registers complaint (SR[protected]), promises update by Jan 3
- Jan 3, 2026: NO UPDATE
- Jan 5, 2026: I follow up - NO RESPONSE
- Jan 11, 2026: Bank asks for details on Twitter - I share immediately
- Jan 15, 2026 (EOD): NO CALL, NO EMAIL, NO RESPONSE

3. Customer care says "will call back" - NEVER CALLS

This is WILLFUL CONTEMPT OF COURT and DELIBERATE HARASSMENT of a fraud victim.
ICICI Bank is making a mockery of the judicial system.
If banks can ignore court orders with impunity, what hope do common citizens have?
RELIEF SOUGHT:
1. Immediate transfer of Rs 6, 55, 298
2. Interest @ 9% p.a. for 26 months (Rs 1, 27, 000)
3. Compensation of Rs 20, 00, 000 for harassment
4. Strict action against bank officials
5. Public apology
