[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank transaction failed but amount debited from my icici account

I have transferred Rs. 3540 from my ICICI Bank to HDFC Home Loan Department. Though the transaction is failed, the amount got debited and didn't credit back to me. There is no option to file a complaint in the net banking website.

No issue at ICICI Bank side. It was stuck at HDFC only. So, spoke with them and getting the amount refunded. But it is a hell out of processes.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have made a payment for my ICICI credit card current outstanding billed amt, through My Axis bank account. But the amt got deducted from my Axis bank account and I got no notification from ICICI bank regarding my credit card bill payment status
