    I initiated IMPS for 15K to Kotak Bank account. It never credited to Kotak. I checked with them with the Transaction ID generated at the end of ICICI, Kotak said they did not have the money credited.
    I raised issues with ICICI Bank too. They are saying its successful transaction and its credited to beneficiary account (Kotak) .
    I want to know what should i do in case. Should i raised issue in Consumer Forum. I did raised an issue with Air India once in Consumer forum, got settlement dues also from Air India.

    Should any site as such for the financial transaction reported to RBI to look into.

      Amount deducted via ADTPSLSIPG

      Amount deducted via ADTPSLSIPG_[protected] ON 10 MAY 2022 from ICICI Bank account of Amount Rs. 5268. ICICI Bank customer care replied that amount is deducted due to such SIP investment.
      But i don't have any investment ....

        I was charged ₹590 on 6th May. I had sufficient funds in my account on 5th May, but still I was charged. Please refund the amount.

                I am a private sector job employee. From last 2 days almost 40 times NACH money deducted. Total more than 20000 deducted. My almost all salary deducted.

                Yes, in Covid all people faces problem. I am also one of them. 9 Month ago my father expired due to Covid and Still I am paying his hospital bills. Due to this I failed to pay EMI on time.

                As per rule only one time you can charge NACH. But more than 40 times and almost my full salary deducted, So how can I survive next month.

                I request ICICI Bank to refund my money immediately.

                    I have made a Flipkart purchase using ICICI Bank credit card, however as i cancelled the product, the money got refunded back to my card 13 days before the due date and my outstanding was showing as '0'. However, after the due date i started getting missed payment notifications. They simply started charging me though there was no outstanding balance. I called up customer care (they attended my call after making me wait for 1 hr) and asked them why I was getting charged though there's no outstanding. They said that it's because, ICICI POLICY do not consider refunded amount as payment. This was shocking as I was not aware of this and they never informed me about this. I'm being charged though I never missed my payments. ICICI is cheating and trapping customers with these kind o[censored]nethical and fraud policies.

                    21apr22- Flipkart refunded amount in my credit card and outstanding was showing as 0.

                    3apr22- due date for payment is there's any outstanding.

                    4apr22- I was started getting charged and being harrased by ICICI by wrongly claiming i have Missed payments.

                      Am an icici bank customer. On[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees double. I don't know what the charges ECSRTNCHG... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                         My bank account is deducting every month in the name of ECS. This month they deducted 3000 after crediting 3000 in my bank account.
                        Last month they deducted 800 and before last month it was 1100.
                        When I called the customer care they said it was because my emi from zest money auto debit was bounced because of insufficient fund while I already the paid the mi on time.
                        So, if the money is auto debiting and you pay it before that, than ICICI will deduct the money as charges. Kudos to ICICI bank.
                        This is a fraud bank and I am submitting the same complaint to RBi and Nadal officer and consumer court.
                        I don't know if I get my money back or not, but please stay away from ICICI. one of the worst bank in India.

                          With reference to the above subject within "1" day inr 590 has been deducted from my account nearly 8 in a day itself. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.
                          What is this transaction purpose? Nach_ad_rtn_chrg~tpslip. I personally went to bank many times but there is no one is giving proper solution. I want my all deducted amount refund else i will go legally.

                            Forex card not working in Sweden

                            I have purchased ICICI forex card for my international travel by paying all the processing fee and taxes. Unfortunately after landing in Sweden it's not working.                             Fastag not removed from blacklisting

                            My Vehical No. HR06AC1923.
                            I had ICICI Bank Fastag. My Tag Account No. : 23158751 & Customer ID: 12561666 of ICIC bank Fatsag.
                            I applied to close my fastag account to ICICI Bank Fastag on 17/04/2022. I also applied to remove the tag of Blacklisting on the same day. They close the account and also refund my balance amount on 04/05/2022. But they didn't remove the tag of BLACK LISTING ACCOUNT.

                            I've attempted numerous times to communicate with their support personnel

                              I have an account in ICICI bank from 2017 I gave ECS a mandate to bike loan when I am accepting ECS time no one cheque bounce charges. after[protected] I received money Rs10000 to my account. After that, they deducted Rs472 for cheque bounce charges. Yesterday I visited the bank where I have 2accounts close accounts and transfer money my another account at that time visited bank on the time bank people were not informed that you have ECS charges. They informed to me the amount will transfer to your account with in 2days. Today i checked my account the amount showing Rs1450 insted of Rs9450. I called up customer care really they stupids they dont know anything and for statement also will take tomorrow and interrupting me and arguing that what is ICICI bank deducted the amount that correct the thing was we closed bike loan in june and no one informing that ECS charges Rs472 from account and now balance Rs1450.Acually i closed the account in ICICI and i forgot taking money on that time. Today i checked 472/- and all amounts deducted from account without information after 3 years. We are very poor kindly help on that

                                I am an icici bank customer. Today 8-5-2022 ecsrtnchg charged 199rs and yesterday 5.1 day before yesterday 61.15 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg...                                   Dear Team,

                                  I made a bill payment of a ICICI Bank redit Card of Rs. 2361 on 30th April 2022. But it is not credited in the credit card account by ICICI Bank. The payment is made by using Amazon Pay via UPI Mode and amount was debited from HDFC Bank Savings Account.

                                  I already spoke with Amazon and HDFC Bank Executives regarding the same and they confirmed that nothing is pending from them.

                                  After connecting with ICICI Bank Customer Care for 5 times, their executive suggested to raise the concern via email.

                                  So I’ve mailed the same to ICICI Bank Customer Support via email on 6th May 2022 but I did not get any resolution from the ICICI Bank.

                                  I've attached the payment receipt for your reference.

                                  Kindly assist me with the concern and help me to credit the payment in ICICI Bank Credit Card Account at the earliest.
