[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank Unknown ecsrtn charges from icici bank

Hi, My name is Ashish Kumar. I am a long time Customer of ICICI Bank and I have multiple relationships with ICICI. I Have a salary account of ICICI Bank. Today 29-07-20 ecsrtnchg charges of 590 rupees have been debited from my account. I don't know what are these charges ecsrtnchg... The bank has hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. ECSRTNT charges of 590 INR debited without knowledge is not good. Please revert the charges into my charged amount immediately. Such kind of actions lead to trust deficit with the Bank.
