[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici bank - unnecessary charges in name of atmdec chg | |
Hi, From my account, there is three times deduction of inr 29.50 (29.5*3 =88.5) without any reason... It was described in the statement as atmdec chg. Internet i found that this charge was due to atm's not having enough cash. But there's no previous notification regarding this. How come this charge can be levied to me. My money got deducted without any intimation and can u tel me how to get it back. On 26th may wen i was checking a statement i could see a deduction of 530rs as dp charges but i haven't got any sms or email or any information regarding it. i request you to kindly check and update me as its huge amount for me.
