My last bill on December on my credit card was 1, 00, 000 and i paid around 73, 600. When this month bill was generated there was hidden charge of 6, 400 came apart of interst charges around 1, 100. So i contacted the customer care executive about this hidden charges which is 300% pa of my remaining amount. Executive suggest to contact customer care through email and i well get charges revised because i have a medical reason which i was quarantined on the deadline to pay the bill.They have policy to revise the hidden charges on any medical reason. I've sent 2 e-mails for why i was unable pay amount in full and ask for rectification for unfair hidden charges.They didn't give a clear rectification.
They are leading bank in India and they are squeezing their customers and leaving ethics behind on this difficult times.
I'm ready pay interst charges but unable to pay which is one-third of my salary. Hope you find a solution.
