ICICI Bank — icici credit card [protected] wrongly showing opened

Hello sir

My name is satyanarayana g y and was holding icici credit cards long back.
I have done settlement with the icici bank during 2007 and last payment made on[protected].

Attached is the settlement letter and other details for your reference. Irrespective of explaining icici bank many times that, i did settlement and there is no balance they are raising issues, torchering me, also reported in cibil.

Current balance according to them - 71, 430
Where as it should be 0

Kindly help in removing from cibil and also informing icici bank not to torcher me.
