[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI credit card cannot be cancelled | |||
I have moved out of india. They are just would not cancel the credit card as they would receive yearly fees. I have already paid. Money without using the card after coming here. Whenever i raise a request to cancel it, they close it saying that please use payback points before raising the request. When they know that i wouldnt be able to. Yes. I ve had the same experience with ICICI. They mis-guided me to choose a credit card and gave me a premium credit card. And now when I want to cancel this card they are asking for joining fees to close this card.
