[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — icici credit card fraud, unethical, behaviour harassment

I had lost my atm card.

When i went to collect my new atm card from infosys phase i branch office. The bank coordinator forced me to take icici coral credit card along with the atm card.

I clearly checked with him, as i do not want to pay any charge for that. I was told its free of cost, even i keep it no charge for that.

Post few months bill messages started coming via sms, i went to the same office, also number of other offices regarding same complaint. No body guided me correctly., asked me the call customer care.

I had made innumerable calls, narrated the whole incident, stating to stop my card, i never used it.

Now i am getting harassment calls daily.. To pay 5000+ rs, to stop the card.
Else my credit score will go bad. Also, saying they will not stop the card.

What kind of harassment is this. A clear fraud. I have been icici bank customer since 2008. This credit card scheme is a complete scam, they force their customers by giving false details that cards do not bear any charge, they start sending bills. And later harass and refuse to stop the service.

I refuse to pay a single penny for this scam, and request officials to stop the harassment.
