Dear sir /madam

My name is Vipul goyal and my icici bank account number is[protected]. I am using this account from a long time but now I want to close this account because you are not resolving my problem from 3 oct 2018.
I would like to remind my problem that is I transferred 15000 rs to my father Hdfc account [protected] by imps but unfortunately by mistake this amount transferred to wrong Hdfc account no that is Parbir roi a/c [protected]. I request a complain in icici bank customer care and written request in icici bank and they give me 45 days tat for refund amount and as well as I coordinate to wrong account holder (Parbir roi) and he sent main from refund amount and as well as I received 15000 rs amount at 3 oct 2018 from Vipul goyal icici bank account[protected] and please refund this amount to mr. Vipul goyal after verify and 15000 rs amount deduct from Parbir roi Hdfc a/c by Hdfc bank at 2 jan 2019 after that I visit Hdfc bank as per Hdfc bank 15000 rs amount in Hdfc suspension account and we could not refund your account please contact to icici customer care if they will send mail to Hdfc bank then we would transfer this amount to icici bank account after that icici bank would refund your amount in your account. So I request you please coordinate to Hdfc bank for redund my 15000 rs amount.

    Today i came to know that my account is blocked or frozen. I didn't get any information from the bank. I was unable receive money in to my account. As it is my savings account.. It your responsibility to inform the customer before doing anything. Why it is happening. When something is happening bank have to give information to the customer that something before they are doing. I don't know when it done. Today only i came to know this...

    To the person in-charge of bringing about a change in the staff quality,

    Respected madam/sir,

    Your staff manager at ICICI Ambattur Mr.Madan spoke in a very rude manner to the customer on call today. For a single EMI due he spoke and didn't let the customer get a chance to explain their stand. If this is the quality of staff you have, this is nothing short of harrassment. He said it's public money and spoke rudely. The customer explained that due to a sudden heart issue there is a prolonged constraint on the finances which however they are trying to sort out. For this your staff spoke in a rude manner. And cut the call while the customer spoke. The entire call is recorded by the customer.
    The bank should really get down to the basics of training their staff on how to talk to customers. If they continue this tone of talking, it brings down the banks identify and name. But I must say Mr.Vasanth from the same branch who also communicated the same message, was very polite and we'll mannered. I appreciate his skills. Hoping the staff are better trained on how to speak and someone teaches the staff not to harass customers in the name of meeting targets!

      Hi team,

      11 years back my mother credit card and we close that only.

      Now after 10 years some bank people visited and harassing my mother on pay and asking proof we don't have proof of payment.

      They insulted my family and my father admitted to a hospital.

      Today they gave credit card "[protected]"

      Mother and father age is above 50 years

      Please help me.

      I have got the Home Loan from SBI recently. As par bank official, my EMI is 20th of every month. hence didn't bother to maintain the sufficient balance as on Feb 11

      I am surprised to see ECS to submitted on 11th of Feb, got returned and ICICI charged me with Rs 423!!

        I received sms from icicibank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.           regarding bank 1400 bank charges

          Icici bank has charged me bank charges for rs. 1400 (Jan 2019 - rs. 700 and feb 2019 - rs. 700) mentioned as mab charged.

          When i contacted the bank they said me that it is charged because you did not hold the minimum balance of rs.50, 000.

          I said i have not opened the bank account for minimum charges rs. 50000 but it is opened for rs. 10000.

          So why you are saying that my bank account has limit...

          I had got a call about the card protection plan, that time i found it useful but now, i want to deactivate my one assist plan of card protection as i do not find it is useful for me.

          So please deactivate this plan as soon as possible and refund my money.

                  I would like to state that in the month of nov 2018 i had a word to the customer to pay the full and final amount and they stated my that the total outstanding amount was rs.115455/- which i had paid in one go on the same day. After a month you guys start calling me for the extra 20000 ruppes. From that onwards i am regularly in touch with customer care but none of you is giving me proper response in solving this dispute. Please also let me know where is my fault as i am getting the threating letters from you.
                  The icici loan department has marked a lien balance in my account and by which they have already deduct 23000/- in the month of feburary and now today 16 feburary i again got a letter for the lien marked in my saving account.
                  Fault is from their side and penalty is on myside what the hell is going on. Pls help
                  Save me. Pls

                  Case summary

                  January 2018 :-asking for full and final amount for loan foreclosure
                  In the current year and in the month of jan 2015 i called the customer care to provide me the information of my full and final payment in case if i want to close my loan account amounting to rs.3, 91, 000/-. The then customer care executive give me the wrong information and more to surprise raised the foreclosure request. Now please guide where i asked him to close my loan account and the amount he told in jan was 1, 98, 000/- which again gets increased to rs2, 12, 000/- somewhere when i get the calls he/she stated to pay the amount as the loan has been foreclosed.
                  After a much verbal spat with icici unprofessional customer care my loan amount was restructured (Rs.1, 91, 000/-) and now the loan started and i was happy in making the timely payment.

                  Loan fore closure :-
                  In the month of september 2018 i make a few calls to confirm my loan full amount when i was convinced then i asked the customer care person to raised the foreclosure request and paid the full amount what he stated me over phone. The payment has been made via neft directly in my loan account no. I was very happy that atlast i have closed one loan sucessfully, but after a gap of 25 days the recovery calls started to me to make the full and final payment as the outstanding amount is till there amounting to rs.23000/-
                  Now please guide me what does full and final amount means to you guys,
                  I know very well how hard it is to make money and its next to impossible to save money as their is no money left after making all the expenditure.

                  Further to add i have made the full payment and have no money left to make the payment if any balance comes to my surprise. Please also take the strong action against all the unprofessional and under qualified employees who dont know how to share the information.

                  Please also asked the concerned recovery agents to stop calling me their no are[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] /[protected] / [protected] /[protected]/ [protected]/[protected]/[protected]

                  I will highly appreciate if you guys can give me a mental relief as after paying a huge amount am still not a peace. Please also note i can no more handle your torture. Will be waiting for your fast, speedy action.

Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money

                      Getting freqt marketing calls from hdfc / icici banks for personal loan from mobile no. [protected]. They are not mentioning the agency name but telling that from icici personal loan section. Even they are calling from different numbers and harrasing. Which is getting irritate during the work. Need to take action on the unregistered agency.
                      Seems the above said mobile no. Is in an individual name and icici has shared my details to the third party.

                        I have been getting calls from the numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and saying they are from icici bank. While my phone is on dnd, why iam getting calls from these numbers and they keep talking in tamil which i do not understand. If i say any thing they keep calling continuously for more than a hour from one phone or the other phone.

                          I have maintained the sufficient amount to auto debit throughout the day. After debit a message has been received by me regarding your amount has refunded. But some charges of 413 are levied. Who can resolve this?? How can you debit after maintaining sufficient balance. Will it be returned or i had to contact branch.

                            I have been twice charged of rupees 29.50 from my account named as posdec charges when i do not even swipe or try to withdraw money... I need an explanation for this. Every month they are charging the same and when i'm trying to connect to the customer care the call is not even connecting and no replies from mail as well. Bank people has to solve the issue and refund my money back

                              I am an account holder of icici bank for more than 5 years. I am not using my account for last one year. Because i have shifted my company. Never ever icici has deducted any amount till dec18 but when i check my balance through net banking i saw a charge of rs482 plus gst in the name of smab chgs dec18+stax46.40 date 26/01/2019.                                 As i have received a mail of kyc verification rejected by bank (Icici).

                                After that, i found there was issue in my address of my icici account detail.
                                I have application to branch and update address on the basis of my passport proof.
                                Same address, i have mention in enps account detail. Then, i went to my selected bank branch to verify
                                My updated kyc detail with new enps registration form to authorised and stamped by the bank.
                                They have checked everything is proper now but they saying they have no any procedure to make stamped with bank official's employee id.
                                They said, they can provide only bank statement to check address has been updated as in enps registration form.

                                Now suggest me what to do in this case?

                                  Hello,
                                  I am using icici credit card (Rubyx) ending with 0012. I do not receive monthly statements on time over emails. Generally it is received in random manner. Many times it is not received for two consecutive months. I only receive sms alerts about payment due date and amount.in last month, i skip a payment because i did not received statement. Now when i received statement in this month, it is received with late payment charges and interest. I do not make any payment unless i go though statement and satisfied that all due payments are correctly and genuinely charged. But if i don't receive statement how will i verify that charges asked are genuine or not?

                                  Since last 2 days, i tried 2 times at customer care and talked to app. 6 different executives/manager. But no satisfactory answer is received for non receipt of statement. Instead they are asking me to ensure that if i don't receive statement then it is my responsibility to remind them. One of executive raised service request during the call but for that also i did not receive any sms/email with request no. One of executive explained that bank needs to sends millions of email and many times it is skipped for many customers. Then it is customer's duty to remind bank about the same. He also suggested to change my mail id and i could not digest this proposal.

                                  Kindly look in to the matter. I am in mood to cancel this card, since similar poor service was also experience when i apply for card and i need to chase them to receive it after 2 months of application.
