[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI Credit Card is not getting delivered and customer support are not giving updates

I have applied for amazon pay ICICI credit card on 24th July and during that time i have been told that will be delivered in 1-2 weeks. But its been more than 2 months i have not received it yet. i have called to customer support many time either they disconnect the call if ask more questions on what next can be done or they keeps on telling "your card is approved and will be delivered once printed" or they says there is a technical issue. I don't have my any visibility on what's the issue is and neither any ETA for getting my card. This is a huge gap between ICICI and their customer which leads to trust issue when their customer support behavior is like this.
Please explain me the issue and all updates from 24th July onwards and also provide me ETA for the card.
