[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI credit card need to be inactivated | |||
I was told by your executive ms. Satya mob. [protected] that my credit limit will be approx 2.5 lakh based on my salary slip. And there is no any annual charges. Based on confirmation she provided, i showed interest to opt for card. When i received card i was given limit only 50000/- which make me down as it didnt happened as per our discussion. Moreover, because of this i didnt activated my account yet but bill got generated and was sent to my registered mail id. My question is how can you guys generate the bill when my card itself is not activated yet. And why your executive gave false statement Of credit limit and no annual charges.
