I have tried to purchase a laptop from dell website but transaction failed with the same reason as below; "dear customer, transaction of inr 1, 29, 846.01 on credit card xx3004 is withheld due to security reasons. Pls call our customer care." Kindly note that due to covid-19 situation, even i am unable to reach out to customer care. Jul 21, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved The bank provided a unique complaint ID against my complaint and resolved the issue after I sent a mail to "[email protected]" with the ID provided in the reply. Quick response I must admit. ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Regards, ICICI Bank Customer Service Team Jul 16, 2020 Updated by shubham3012 I followed the steps mentioned above, still the problem still persists after more than a month, received the following message after making the transaction - "Dear Customer, transaction of INR 93, 388.00 on Credit Card XX3004 is withheld due to security reasons. pls call our Customer Care.". Please fix the issue at the earliest.
