ICICI Bank — ICICI DEBITED 10,674 RS FROM MY ACCOUNT

ICICI debited my money 10, 674INR when i was booking my flight ticket in indigo airlines(goindigo.in)...on 21/12/2013 BIL/[protected]/Bill Desk/INDIGO_MICI32 DR INR 10, 674.00 !! but ticket is not booked nor that site dint recieve any money from icici !! My account number is[protected] My account name is--Rachamalla Saimithru ...This thing has happened to me several times with icici bank, ICICI is using this technique to cheat people !! THey will just deduct the money suddenly and use them for some days and then they smartly refund them after weeks !! i want consumer court to take severe action on icici bank on behalf of this matter, and i want my money back as soon as possible please help me, Thanks !!
