ICICI Bank — icici demat account

While opening a salary account, the icici bank executive visited our company premises (Royal bank of scotland). They said to the group of new joiners, "we will tell you how to fill the form and where to sign it". Not only me, i have 37 more person in the same batch with me. The same fraud happened with them by icici bank. Moreover you never get a single message about that account if it was opened or charges are levied or its automatically got debited from the savings account. Please stop playing with customers. As a bank you should duly confirm with your customers, if they have requested to open any account, in the same way as you do while receiving a request for loan account.
