[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI Demat Account charges | |||||
I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 4 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '40001387 DP CHGS TILL OCT-16'---- INR 805.00'. At the time of opening the Saving account i had requested only for savings and current account. And that time ICICI representative told me that demat account is free of cost and it will never be charged. I have not used this demat account a single time. In fact i was not knowing that i have a demat account with ICICI bank. Today only i have come to know that i have a demat account with ICICI bank. this is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. my account # is[protected] and my phone number is +91 [protected].
