[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici fast tag | |||
I was charged twice for the toll My fast tag was charged for rs. 60 but the barrier was not removed. So, i have to move to the next lane and pay cash again to cross the toll. First of all i receive text message after 10-15 minutes after the toll has crossed, so the user doesn't know that he/she has been charged or not. Please look into the issue.
